Following Facebook's own terms, our Facebook Select collection has a unique return policy different than products sold on our website.
All of our products are shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail with free tracking numbers. Packages are shipped within 2-3 business days of your purchase. Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your convenience. If you cannot locate the email, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us.
For all orders, including ones from the website and Facebook, lost items cannot be refunded or replaced unless they are classified as lost by the USPS.
